Assessments are the heart of the Becoming You method, and assigning one takes under a minute. Your client automatically gets an email with everything they need — links, instructions — so there's nothing for you to forward or explain.
Three ways to assign
When adding a client — step 3 of the Add Client flow lets you assign assessments right away.
From the Clients list — select one or more clients and click Assign assessments.
From a client's profile — open the client, then click + Assign Assessment (top right).
From the client profile
Open your client's profile and click + Assign Assessment.
Select the assessments you want to assign. Anything this client already has is grayed out, with a note such as "This client already has Values Bridge assigned, so it can't be selected." When you assign to a group, an assessment is grayed out only if everyone selected already has it. Anyone who already has it is skipped. If your client already completed the Values Bridge on their own account, its row is grayed out too: "This client has already completed the Values Bridge, so it won't be assigned or billed again. Use Request existing result to view it." See Add a client who has already taken the Values Bridge.
Check the summary under your selection before you confirm. Your client is never charged.
Click Confirm. The invitation email goes out right away, and the assessment appears on the client's Assessments tab as Assigned. If your client can't find the email, click Resend email on that row:
Hold results. Switch this on in the last step of Add client (Assign assessments) if you want to decide when your client sees their results, for example so you can go through them together in a session. When they finish, they'll see that you're managing access to their results, with a button to email you.
Good to know
Your client doesn't need an account first. The email walks them through everything, including creating their account where needed.
Replies come to you. The invitation email is sent from Becoming You, but if your client replies, the reply lands in your inbox.
Your client is never charged. Included in the email is an access URL your client uses to unlock their full results at no charge to them.
A client must be Active and have an email address before you can assign assessments. Archived clients can't receive new assignments.
