Every client has a profile page — click any client in your Clients list to open it. It's the hub for everything about that person: their assessments, intake information, and your session notes.
The profile panel (left side)
Name, email, and status — Active or Inactive/Archived.
Organization and Tags
Date added — when you created this client.
Last activity — the most recent activity on this client's record.
Archive — retire the client when your work together wraps up (see below).
Click the pencil icon next to the client's name to edit their name, email address, or tags:
The Assessments tab
A table of every assessment you've assigned to this client:
Status — Assigned (invitation sent, not started), In progress (your client has started), or Completed.
Assigned / Completed — the relevant dates.
Results — once your client completes the Values Bridge, a View link appears here. Click it to download their full results as a PDF report (see Tracking your clients' progress). If the link is grayed out right after completion, the report is still being generated — hover it and you'll see "Results PDF is still being prepared. Check back shortly."
Use the Assign Assessment button (top right) to send this client something new — see Assigning assessments.
The Intake tab
Your client's background at a glance: goals, primary challenge, industry, experience, career stage, referral source, and notes. If you skipped intake when adding the client, you'll see:
Click Fill out intake form (or the pencil icon, once there's content) to add or update details. Changes save with a confirmation message.
The Notes tab
Private notes about your work together — session prep, reflections, action items. Notes are visible to you (and anyone else in your coaching workspace), never to your client.
To add one, click + Add note, give it a subject, and write your note:
Notes appear in a list with their creation date. Click a note to read it in full, or use the ⋮ menu on any row to Edit or Delete it. Deleting asks you to confirm first — "This action cannot be undone. You won't be able to get this note back."
Exporting a client
Click Export (top right) to download this client's information as a CSV file.
Archiving a client
When your engagement ends, click Archive in the profile panel. You'll be asked to confirm:
Their status will change to archived and no new assessments can be assigned until they're restored.
Archiving doesn't delete anything — the client's history stays in your workspace, but they're marked Inactive, their profile becomes read-only (Export and Assign Assessment are disabled), and they no longer count toward your assessment stats.
Restoring an archived client
Changed your mind, or picking a past client back up? Click Unarchive — it appears both on the archived client's profile and directly on their row in the Clients list. The client is instantly restored to Active (you'll see "Client was unarchived successfully"), with all of their history, assessments, intake, and notes exactly as you left them.
