The Clients page lists everyone you're working with, with their email, organization, status, assessments, and last activity.

The client list

Tags

Tags are free-form labels for grouping clients however you think about your practice — by program, focus area, cohort, referral source, anything. Add tags when you create a client, or later via the pencil icon on their profile. Type in the tag field to search existing tags or create new ones on the spot.

Selecting and bulk actions

Use the checkboxes to select one or more clients. With clients selected, the top-right actions change:

  • Export (N) — download the selected clients as a CSV.

  • Archive (N) — archive several clients at once.

With nothing selected, Export downloads your full client list.

Statuses

  • Active — a current client; you can assign assessments and edit everything.

  • Inactive / Archived — a past client. Their history is preserved, but no new assessments can be assigned, they don't count toward your assessment stats, and they can't be bulk-selected. An Unarchive button appears right on their row to restore them instantly.

The Assessments column shows a badge for each assessment a client has been assigned (for example VB for the Values Bridge).

One client per email address

Client emails are unique within your workspace — you can't add two clients with the same address. If you try, you'll see "A client with this email already exists." (or a prompt to unarchive them, if the existing client is archived).
