Values Profile is your complete ranking: all sixteen values, ordered from most defining to least, each with a personal analysis.
The three tiers
Your sixteen values fall into three bands:
Core Values — the wants and needs that define you most. These drive your decisions, large and small.
Moderate Values — real motivations you feel clearly, but without the pull of your core ones.
Peripheral Values — genuine, but the quietest motivations you hold.
Every value is somewhere on the list. A value being peripheral for you isn't a judgment of the value — it simply doesn't drive you the way it might drive someone else.
