The Authenticity tab explains your Authentic Life Score — first as a whole, then value by value.

What your score means, and what comes next

Two panels open the page: What Your Score Means, a personal read on your number, and What Comes Next, practical direction for closing the distance between your current life and your ideal one.

Your Values Gaps, one at a time

Nearly every value carries an Authenticity Gap — the distance between how much you're living a value now and how much you'd like to. A gap isn't a failing, but it is important information.

The "How to read your gap measurement" legend on the page shows the two pieces of information each gap carries:

  • Direction — a positive gap means you want more of the value than your life currently gives you; a negative gap means the value takes up more room than you'd ideally give it.

  • Size — how pressing the gap is, from barely-there to significant.

Below the legend, your values appear in their three tiers — Core, Moderate, and Peripheral — each with its own gap reading. Core-value gaps tend to be felt most sharply, precisely because those values matter so much.

Comparing against a population

When more than one comparison group is available for your account, a Compare to selector lets you view your score against different populations.
