I never get the code email. Check spam for mail from [email protected], and use Resend on the code screen. Codes expire after 60 minutes and each one works once.

I don't have a password. Is that right? Yes — Becoming You uses email codes and social logins instead of passwords. There's nothing to forget and nothing to reset.

I used Google/Facebook/LinkedIn last time and email this time (or vice versa) and things look different. Stick with one method. If you think you have two accounts, contact [email protected] before taking the assessment again.

Do I have to finish in one sitting? It's designed for one sitting (about 20 minutes), but progress saves. If you leave, you'll resume where you stopped.

Can I change an answer? Within the current round, yes — use the back arrow. Once you submit a round (ideal or current), those answers are final. If your results feel wrong, you can always Your results history and retaking the assessment.

Why did it tell me my answers are "hedging toward the middle"? Several answers in a row sat near the midpoint of the scale. Decisive answers make for more accurate results — the nudge is a reminder, not an error.

Is the demographic survey required? Yes, all fields. It personalizes your report and supports the research. Your information is never shared or sold.

My report says "Generating your personalized insights…" The written analysis is generated personally for you and can take a moment. It fills in on its own — refresh after a minute if a section seems stuck, and contact us if it lasts more than a day.

My score is lower than I expected. Is that bad? No — there are no bad results. A lower Authentic Life Score means a bigger gap between your current life and your values, which is exactly the information the assessment exists to give you. The The Authenticity tab shows where the gap lives.

My results are missing / it says my coach is managing access. If a coach or organization gave you the assessment, they may be holding your results to walk through them with you. The screen gives you a button to email them directly.

Can I get my results as a file? Yes — Download PDF, included with Values Bridge Premium: what the $49 upgrade unlocks.

Is Premium a subscription? No — it's a one-time $49 purchase per account.

I paid but my report is still locked. The confirmation usually lands within seconds of checkout. Log out, log back in, and check again; if it's still locked, contact [email protected] with your receipt.

Where's my receipt? Emailed automatically by Stripe at purchase. You can also see payment history via Settings → Manage and view in Stripe.

Can I un-share my results link? Currently a share link stays valid, and it always shows your latest results. Only share with people you trust to keep it. (If this matters to you, tell us — it's on our radar.)

Why does my comparison show locked sections? Either you or your connection is on the free plan. Comparisons unlock fully when the person on the free side upgrades — see Compare: see your values next to someone else's.

Why can't I add an 11th connection? Connections (plus pending invites) cap at 10. Remove one or withdraw an invite to make room.
